Jake Bradshaw
Jake Bradshaw is a top-producing Tulsa realtor since 2016 and co-founder of The Bradshaw Group with Coldwell Banker Select. A Tulsa native, he grew up attending Union Public Schools and went on to graduate from the University of Oklahoma with degrees in Business, Marketing, and Journalism.
From climbing Yosemite’s Half Dome at 12 to helping families find their dream homes, Jake has always embraced challenges with passion, perseverance, and a sense of joy. Featured on the March 2025 cover of Tulsa Real Producersand nominated for Cover of the Year, he combines local expertise, modern marketing, and a client-first approach to every transaction.
Jake and his wife, Mandi, are raising their two children, Jake and Ava, in Tulsa. For him, real estate isn’t just about homes — it’s about helping people climb their mountains, achieve their goals, and enjoy the journey along the way.

Mark Bradshaw
Mark Bradshaw has been a trusted name in Tulsa for decades. After 27 years in television news in Green Country, he brought his storytelling expertise to real estate as Marketing Director for The Bradshaw Group, sharing the stories behind each home and promoting local businesses through creative content.
A familiar voice in the community, Mark is often invited to emcee local events and loves connecting with people across Tulsa. Outside of work, he and his wife, Michelle, enjoy traveling, photographing wildlife, and co-hosting their podcast. They have three grown sons and six grandchildren who keep life full of joy and adventure.
With deep Tulsa roots and a passion for storytelling, Mark brings heart, credibility, and community spirit to every project he touches.
